Although there is no substitute for specific destructive testing on any design, the following tables offer generally accepted physical properties for all aluminum alloys to assist your design efforts.

Alloys listed on our Standard Alloys table are regularly stocked alloys that can be ordered in any quantity without additional charges. Other alloys are quoted on request and usually require a minimum order of 1000 to 2000 pounds, or an additional charge of $100 or so.

Includes - Tensile Strength, Yield Strength, Elongation, Brinell Hardness, Shear Strength and Endurance for ALL Alloys.

Typical Characteristics - All Alloys

Includes - Fluidity, Pressure Tightness, Hot Strength, Corrosion Resistance, Machinability, Elevated Temp Strength and Anodizing Quality for ALL alloys.
